Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility: Unopened items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Damaged Items: Report broken or leaking bottles within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Important: The original packaging must not be opened. By Egyptian consumer protection law, opened items cannot be returned.

Proof of Purchase: Please keep your order number ready to facilitate the process.

Card Refunds: For cancelled card orders, the refund will be processed minus any non-refundable payment gateway fees.

Heat Advisory: Perfumes may be temporarily affected by high shipping temperatures. Please allow 2-3 days for the scent to stabilize in a cool environment before assessing.

This policy applies to all purchase channels (website, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).

سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

الأهلية: يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات غير المفتوحة بحالتها الأصلية خلال ١٤ يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.

المنتجات التالفة: يُرجى الإبلاغ عن أي زجاجات مكسورة أو مسربة خلال ٣ أيام من تاريخ الاستلام لاستبدالها أو استرداد ثمنها.

هام: يجب عدم فتح العبوة الأصلية. بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك المصري، لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات المفتوحة.

إثبات الشراء: يُرجى الاحتفاظ برقم طلبك لتسهيل العملية.

استرداد الأموال عبر البطاقات: بالنسبة لطلبات البطاقات الملغاة، سيتم معالجة المبلغ المسترد بعد خصم أي رسوم غير مستردة لبوابة الدفع.

تحذير من الحرارة: قد تتأثر العطور مؤقتًا بدرجات حرارة الشحن المرتفعة. يُرجى الانتظار من يومين إلى ثلاثة أيام حتى تستقر الرائحة في بيئة باردة قبل التقييم.

تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع قنوات الشراء (الموقع الإلكتروني، إنستغرام، واتساب، إلخ).
